Superplay (슈퍼플레이) (“Superplay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a technology company that designs, develops, and operates mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect, store, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal data that we collect through our websites, online advertisements, and mobile games (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to data collected offline, from job applicants, or from employees.

2. WHAT TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

Social Media Platforms (if you interact with our official pages; data depends on your privacy settings)
App Marketplaces (device, account, and transaction confirmation data when you download apps or make in-app purchases; we do not receive your credit card or bank details)
Authentication Services (Facebook, Google, Apple login — name, email, user ID, profile image, and friend data where applicable)

If you do not connect a social login, gameplay data will be associated with a randomly generated user ID rather than directly identifying information.

If you participate in community features, your profile name, avatar, scores, achievements, and selected profile information may be visible to other players.

You may also reset or restrict your advertising identifier in your device settings.

6. CONTROL OVER YOUR INFORMATION
You may control your data in the following ways:
Delete the App
Deleting our app stops further collection from your device. Previously collected data may still be retained as permitted by law.
Delete Your Account
Go to:
Settings > Terms & Privacy > Delete Account
Account deletion permanently removes game progress and virtual items. We may retain limited data if required by law or to protect legal rights.
Adjust Device Permissions
You can manage permissions (location, tracking, notifications) through your device settings.
Disable Push Notifications
You may disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.
Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising
Available through in-game settings as described above.

7. REQUESTS TO EXERCISE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on applicable laws, you may have rights to:

8. CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 12 years old. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us.
If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have parental or legal guardian permission to use our Services.
Parental controls may be available in the game settings.

9. SECURITY
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption, access controls, and contractual safeguards with service providers.
However, no system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
