SuperJelly Pop – Account & Data Deletion Request
If you would like to request deletion of your account and related game data for SuperJelly Pop, please follow the instructions below.
How to request deletion
Send an email to:
Please include:
- Your in-game nickname or Apple ID / Google account email
- The device you used to play (e.g., iPhone, iPad, Android)
- The approximate date of your last login
What will be deleted
Upon request, we will delete:
- Game progress
- Ranking data
- Stored scores
- Firebase user identifier
- In-app purchase history
- Any associated gameplay data stored on our servers
Please note
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All purchased items, currency, and progress will be permanently lost.
Processing time
Your account and data will be deleted within 7 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
